We are the prime contractor on every award. We take title to the parts and stand behind their quality, packaging and delivery date.

    Review

    We screen each solicitation for approved sources, set-aside type and domestic-content rules before we quote.

  2. STEP 2

    Source

    We get firm pricing and lead times from a U.S. manufacturer or authorized distributor we have vetted.

  3. STEP 3

    Inspect

    Every item is checked against the spec or order and matched to its certificates and lot records.

  4. STEP 4

    Pack and mark

    Orders are packaged and labeled to the contract, including MIL-STD-2073 packaging and MIL-STD-129 marking for military shipments.

  5. STEP 5

    Deliver

    We ship to the depot or customer on schedule and invoice through PIEE/WAWF.

Traceable sourcing

Electronic parts come only from the original manufacturer or its authorized distributors. Every shipment comes with its certificate of conformance.

Domestic content

We confirm country of origin for every part and its key materials before we bid, including specialty metals rules.

Controlled data handled properly

Export-controlled drawings are shared only with qualified U.S. manufacturers who are cleared to receive them.
